April

April was awesome. We spent the first few weeks being massively pregnant and ready to pop! We welcomed baby Jane and Kyle turned 28!!

^^ Bass Pro shop at easter. Super creepy Easter bunny. Juliet wouldn't even get close.

^^ I got Jane's room ready for her! It turned out so cute!

^^ Kaity ROCKED a half marathon on Conference weekend. She made it in almost under 2 hours. Thats shaving of 10 minutes from our first half marathon! She is incredible.

^^ Cute selfies with two of my favorite people.

^^ Abby and her Puzzles. She is incredible. She will sit and do them forever. She can manage an entirely new puzzle with little to no help. She is a smart little thing. And she picked out her own clothes that day. Can you tell?

^^ Yummy brownie making. Abby helped her self to most of the pan that day.

^^ More Daddy selfies

^^ The easter bunny came and set up some little gifts and an easter egg hunt

^^ Delicious easter candy (my personal favorite)

^^ The Easter Egg hunt. The girls loved it!

^^ The spoils

^^ Helping Mommy make deviled Eggs. She loves to be in the kitchen with me. I love that about her.

Our sweet baby Jane ready to head home from the hospital

^^ Getting outside for a walk on one of the few sunny and warm days after Jane was born.

^^ Sometimes Juliet gets tired of pushing her Stroller. Luckily Abby takes pity on me and pulls it behind her so I don't have to carry it.

^^ Playing with the bubble machine!

^^ Princess dresses and oreos!

^^ Jane's two week doctors check up. This appointment was an adventure. It started out with us weighing her and finding out that she had gained plenty of weight. Which is exciting for our tiny little girls. She was in the 50th percentile for height and weight. Jules never broke 25th percentile and Abby has never been on the percentiles. Then the Nurse practitioner started looking her over. And randomly she had a little bit of blood in her diaper. Abby had the same thing happen a couple of times when she was little and then never again. The Nurse Practitioner told me that Jane had a cows milk allergy. I was going to have to go completely off of dairy. And not just milk and ice cream and cheese. I never realized but dairy is in EVERYTHING. Its in the taco seasoning mix. But not oreos (gross right?!) I did a lot of research, shed a lot of tears, said a lot of prayers. It was so hard. Everything we eat has dairy, so I had to find new things to make for dinner and lunch. Forget about eating out. It was going to be a HUGE lifestyle change and I was nervous. The strange thing is, Jane didn't have any other symptoms. No rash, no respiratory issues, no reflux, no fussiness (she is easily my calmest baby), she sleeps great, eats great and is growing like a weed. So we talked to our good friend who just graduated from Medical school and is getting ready to start a residency in pediatrics. She told us if it was her she would wait and see if she continued to have bloody diapers or if any other symptoms developed or to see if she stopped growing the way she should. So we decided to wait and watch her. Its been 6 weeks since that appointment and no more bloody diapers and not one other symptom. We've weighed her at home and she is growing like crazy! So long story short, we think it was a misdiagnosis. I am so grateful that we were able to go back to our normal eating routine. Life is already crazy with three little ones, having to totally rearrange everything was making it harder than it needed to be. We'll keep watching her, but we are confident that she is totally fine.

^^ Jane in her going home outfit. I just put it away today because it is too small! She is only 8 weeks!

^^ Loving on the new baby sister, poor baby sister.

^^ My life with my three crazy kids. I love it.

^^ My handsome man and his daughters. He is the perfect dad for so many girls.

^^ Coaxing the first few smiles out of Jane. That is my favorite thing

^^ Tim and Kelly stayed with us for awhile after Jane was born. It was so nice to have them!

^^ Feeding the fish at Bass Pro shop. It was so fun!

Jane 1 month

On May 14th our sweet baby Jane turned 1 month!

That first month with Jane was amazing. She has been the sweetest newborn ever! At 1 month she is  eating 6 times a day, going 3 hours between 8am and 8pm, and getting up to eat once at night. Usually around 4 or 5. She sleeps in a little sleeper right next to mommy's bed at night.

Naps are a little trickier. She likes to be in her bouncer, the car seat, or in someone's arms to stay asleep. But luckily she is so sweet when she is awake, we don't mind that she doesn't nap all the time.

Jane is a trooper when we go out to run errands. She sleeps great either in her Carseat or in the moby wrap. She has made it so easy for me to continue on with everything I need to do. I go grocery shopping by myself with a 4 year old, 2 year old and newborn baby! I only can do it because Jane is awesome.

She has started to smile at us just a little tiny bit. We can't wait to see the smiles get bigger!

^^ Still can't decide if these will be blue or brown eyes. They look so blue, but they aren't as blue as Abby's were at this age so they might go brown.

^^ Saying we are all in love with this little girl is a HUGE understatement. She is very well loved in this house.

Jane we all love you so much! Thank you for joining our family. And thank you for taking it so easy on us this first month. You are a doll.

Family of 5!

We are a family of 5! And it feels so good. We feel a little bit more complete. Its like she has always been here.

I was so excited for the girls to come and see her. I knew that they were going to fall in love.

I was waiting so patiently for them to come, finally I could hear their little voices and their little feet as they ran up to the room. They came running in with all their sweet energy and ran straight to me. I had Jane laying in the bassinet next to me. Juliet jumped up on me and gave me the biggest Juliet hug ever. Then she saw Jane and she pushed off of me and asked to hold her. And she had a hard time letting go. Abby crawled up next to Juliet and asked to hold Jane. And Jules let her, for about 30 seconds. They had fun passing her back and forth, looking at her little toes, fingers and ears. They oohed and awed over her. It was too much fun seeing all three of my little girls together.

^^ Jane had brought some presents for her big sisters. And they were a big hit. An Anna and an Elsa doll.

^^ My angel mother. I was so grateful that she was able to come and be with my girls and help take care of me that first week. She is everything that I want to be and it was such a blessing to have her there. And she took all of these amazing pictures!

^^ I just love being a mother. It is so hard and challenging and frustrating and yet the most rewarding and beautiful thing. I have grown so much since I was holding my little Abby in the hospital. These three little girls are shaping me into the person I want to be.

^^ Is this not the most beautiful picture? Look at the expression on Kyle's face. It is priceless. I love how this man loves his daughters. He is the best father. He adores all of us and makes each and everyone of us feel like we are special and that we mean the world to him. We are all so lucky to have him.

Our family of 5 is big, crazy and happy. I love it.
