April was so crazy! Between all of the partying... there was more partying.
The month started out with conference. Since Kyle was gone on Saturday (for like the 5th conference in a row) I got really creative with the girls. I don't expect them to sit through all of it. But I did want to start giving them a chance to start getting something from it. During the morning session we made snack necklaces together. That was a lot of fun. During the afternoon session while a certain baby was a sleep I did conference cups. I had put a picture of a bunch of different topics that might come up in conference. Each cup had a different candy in it. When they would hear that word they would be able to get a candy out of the cup. They listened so well! It was awesome!
Then Saturday night Kyle and I went to the symphony. It was a blast! I have never been to one before and it was seriously so cool. The music was incredible. It was fun to get all dressed up and go out on a fancy date with my husband.
Sunday was more conference. We built the tent in the family room. We got to have Sunday dinner at my parents house! Its amazing how fast conference weekend goes now that I am an adult. I'm always so sad when it is over.
Later that week we had Tragdon's birthday party. I made amazing cupcakes for it.
We got new carpet! And new baseboards upstairs and it was a nightmare. Seriously. Maybe I'll post the 6+ page write up about that crazy situation. It was seriously the worst.
Thats pretty much all the big stuff! Here is the photo dump:

Making cookies. Abby wanted to make cookies and I asked her what kind and she said "the ones we made for santa" so we made molasses cookies and the house smelled like Christmas. It was awesome.
Princess dresses, bed head and messy faces
Juliet made her own bed without me asking. How cute and sweet is that?
Juliet telling me about her dreams at breakfast. Her voice and they way she tells a story are the best!
Jane cries. A lot.
Helping daddy install the shelves I made!
This girl and her fashion sense. She is so creative.
I took this picture of Abby and Jules on the first day they finally started feeling better.
Symphony again
Juliet took this picture of Abby. I love it!
Yoga before bed. They are so cute.
One Wednesday morning when Kyle didn't have to go into work until 11 I decided to keep Abby home that morning and we would go out and have a fun family day. It was right in the middle of the Express Flooing fiasco. We were all so drained and stressed and we needed to spend a little time together just us. We went to the riparian preserve and walked around. We dug for dinosaur fossils and played hide and go seek. Then we went to the library and checked out a ton of books. It was really fun!
Kyle and Abby and Jules at stake conference. I stayed home with Jane because she was just getting over being sick. Kyle ended up coming home early with the girls because they were starting to feel sick. And then they were so sick for a few days. Really high fevers and barfing. Not fun. Because we had stake conference I invited everyone over to our house for family dinner. Poor Abby and Jules spent the whole time in the den sleeping or watching movies because they were so sick.
Movies and barf buckets for days!
April was awesome! May has some fun stuff too, but way more relaxed.
