The Parade of Lights

We went on a little adventure to the 16th street mall to see the parade of lights. I've wanted to see downtown all lit up for Christmas time since we moved here. It was fun to finally get down there. The parade didn't start until 8:00pm and it was cold so we decided to leave Jane with Kaity at home. It was weird to be just the four of us without her. She makes our family feel more whole. But it was still a really fun night. We didn't get there until right before it started so we were back pretty far from where the parade was. We put Abby and Jules on our shoulders so they could see really well. Those are girls are getting so big, so it was hard for me and kyle! Juliet made friends with everyone around us. She had everyone laughing. Everyone knew her name and they all kept talking to her the entire time. She is the friendliest little girl. Thats not a gift I have, so I just adore it in her. The floats were pretty cool! Before it ended we went and walked up and down the 16th street mall. The lights were so cool! Such a beautiful fun time of year. Especially in Colorado.

There were big trees in all of the office buildings. It reminded me of something you would see in New York. It was beautiful!

It was such a fun night!
