Halloween Time

We had so much fun doing so many Halloween things! 

We painted halloween pictures during a session of general conference. It was so fun. I love painting with my girls. Especially Abby. She is so amazing at it! 

We got Abby and Juliet's costumes from the disney store. They had Rey in stock, but no Moana. So we had to wait for them to ship Moana to us. Juliet asked every day if it was coming. Luckily it took only a week and we had it. 

We went to the spirit store a couple times! That is all the "haunted house" we can handle. Ha ha! 

We made halloween sugar cookies while Halee and Tragdon were with us. They were so fun and yummy! 

We had two spooky dinners. One at our house with the Grandma and Grandpa and the VanZants. It was so much fun! We had baked potato soup and bread. Then we watched "Toy Story of Terror". It was a fun night! 

Then right before Halloween we had a spooky dinner at my parents. My dad really went all out with his really scary halloween decorations and then Abby wouldn't even go in the room to eat dinner. It was pretty funny. Those decorations are legitimately scary though! Ha ha! 

We went to Schenpf farms with my family. It was a lot of fun. It was a lot busier than it was last year so we didn't get to do as much stuff. There were only so many tickets to the train so only Kyle and Jules went on it. Jules said she loved it but she had her head in Kyle's lap the whole time. She is always up for fun stuff though. She cracks us up. Jane and Abby went on the plane ride. Abby had so much fun, Jane just held on with both hands the whole time and looked terrified. But she didn't cry and when she got off she said it was fun. She will follow her older sisters anywhere! 

We went to the pumpkin patch by our house to get pumpkins to carve and carved them at my parents house. Juliet and Jane painted their pumpkins. Abby wanted to carve hers. So she picked out at pattern and I helped her clean it out. There was no way she was touching all that goop! But she poked all the holes in the pattern and I helped her carve it out. It turned out so cute! 

The night before Halloween we went and checked out this incredible "haunted house" in Gilbert. These people went all out! The decorations were amazing and all the lights were timed to music. It was super fun. 

Abby is so obsessed with Ghost busters right now. She has never seen the movies but she fell in love with the song on Just Dance and then found an animated series on Netflix. So I had to take a picture of her with the ghost buster sign. 

The haunted house just happened to be right down the road from Sweet Tooth Fairy so cupcakes it was!
